These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Nova Expressão® and the customer with respect to purchases of products made through this website.

Customers can browse the website, but to access the sales service, they must meet the requirements necessary to enter into legally binding contracts in accordance with Portuguese and EU law. You must have a valid email address and a bank account or one of the following credit cards for payment: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal.

To place an order, customers must fill out all required information and accept the terms and conditions. Until the order is finalized, the customer may change any information associated with their order at any time.

Nova Expressão® reserves the right to accept an order. The decision is made according to the Nova Expressão® criteria. If the order is not processed, we will notify you immediately by email. Confirmation of order receipt does not constitute a purchase agreement; it serves only as proof that the order has been received by Nova Expressão®.

 

Quality assurance

Nova Expressão® guarantees complete customer satisfaction with purchases made on novaexpressao.pt. If the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they should send an email to [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.

Products
