Nova Express\u00e3o is committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation, identified as REGULATION (EU) 2016\/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of April 27, 2016.<\/p>

As part of this commitment, Nova Express\u00e3o ensures that all its data subjects will be able to exercise their rights; to this end, a Data Protection Officer has been appointed in accordance with Articles 37, 38, and 39 of the aforementioned regulation.<\/p>
